To register an account and query SportCheap endpoints, we collect essential metadata, including: (a) personal identifiers (specifically email address, username, and encrypted password hash), (b) transaction details (subscription level and billing references), and (c) API query metrics (such as request timestamps, IP addresses, rate-limiting limits, and target endpoints).
2. How We Use Collected Data
The data collected is processed to operate, maintain, and optimize our server clusters. Specifically, usage metrics allow us to monitor server limits, implement caching protocols, troubleshoot routing latency, calculate billing invoices, and safeguard our API endpoints against DDoS attacks and brute-force key theft.
3. Cryptography & Data Protection
We enforce strict security measures to protect your credentials. Generated API keys are cryptographic strings and hashed in our database. Web inputs, user sessions, and database backups are transmitted using modern TLS/SSL configurations. While we prioritize security, no digital transmission is 100% impenetrable; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute database security.
4. Cookies & Browser Storage
We store lightweight tokens inside browser local storage and cookies to maintain active login sessions on our client console and remember developer options (such as API console layouts). We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers or cross-site behavioral cookies.
5. Third-Party Sharing Policies
SportCheap does not sell, lease, or trade user account data to advertising agencies or external marketers. Minimal identifiers are shared with trusted hosting servers and secure transaction gateways that assist us in operating our platform, provided they maintain complete confidentiality.
6. User Rights & Account Deletion
You retain full control over your profile metadata. You can rotate generated API keys, update login emails, or request termination and complete purge of your account databases by submitting a deletion request in the client console dashboard.
7. Modifications to Privacy Rules
We reserves the right to adjust our Privacy Rules at any time. Significant updates will be accompanied by site-wide console alerts or documented directly on this page with an updated modification date.
